Terms and Conditions

We understand that airsoft can be quite an intense, fast paced and sometimes rough game (we’re airsofters ourselves), but as with any of your gear, if you take care of it, it will last!

Tactical Box does not take any responsibility for the breakage of items through rough or misuse! Our items are unfortunately NOT made for professional use  (this includes: S.A.S, S.W.A.T, S.E.A.L, Commando or even ninja missions).

However, if you believe that your product is defective through no fault of your own, please contact us to let us know (see below for more information in ‘Product Issues’).

Additionally, by proceeding with and completing your order, you agree to all information and terms listed on our Delivery and Returns page.

Legal Terms:

You agree not to infringe the copyright of our websites and catalogues or any other intellectual property (for example by copying and reusing images).

Our websites and catalogues are produced as accurately as possible, but to the fullest extent permitted by the law we make no representations, warranties (express or implied) with respect to the content.

We exclude to the fullest extent permissible by law any and all liability howsoever arising for any faults, inaccuracies or omissions relating to our websites and catalogues and the unavailability of our website.

No director, employee or representative will be liable whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, for any loss or damage whether direct or indirect arising out of or in connection with your use of our websites or catalogues, including, without limitation, damage to software or hardware, economic loss, loss of data, consequential damage, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

None of these exclusions and limitations are intended to limit any rights you have as a customer, or any statutory rights which may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our agents, representatives or employees.

Each of the above exclusions and/or limitations shall be construed as a separate and severable provision of these terms.

If any court holds any provision of these terms to be void or unenforceable, it shall be deleted and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

By registering or placing an order through the website you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Pricing & Availability of Stock

We make every effort and have taken all reasonable precautions to try to ensure that prices quoted on the Website are correct and that all products have been fairly described. All goods are sold subject to availability and prices of products may change from time to time. We also reserve the right to change the price of any item on the Website where that item has been priced incorrectly. If we find the price of the goods you have ordered has changed from the amount set out on the Website when you placed the order with us, we will contact you and ask if you wish to proceed. If you confirm that you do wish to proceed then please remember that we will still not be under any obligation to supply the goods until we have confirmed that we have both accepted your order and that it has been dispatched. No contract will exist until we have confirmed this. If you confirm that you do not wish to proceed, your order will be cancelled and neither parties shall have any further liability to the other.

Measurements, Colours & Product descriptions

We take every reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements and specifications are accurate but there may be variations between these and the goods supplied. Whilst we try to display the colours of our products accurately on the Website, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All images used across the website and e-mails, especially those used in graphics and banners, are for illustrative purposes only.

Product Issues

By ordering from our website or any affiliated partners, you agree to inform us within 14 days from the arrival of your item if there are any defects or faults. It is suggested that you open, test and use the item within this period.

We shall not be held liable for any issues that are reported following this period.

Delivery Issues

In the unlikely event that your delivery goes missing or does not arrive within 2 months from the date of the actual physical dispatch, a refund will automatically be processed for you back into the account you paid from. As an added gesture of good will, should the item still arrive after the refund has been processed, you will not be required to pay for it and will be able to keep the item.
